The new web-based ICUD/Urban Documents Collection is a milestone in improving access to local government publications. With this new product, Greenwood Publishing puts the ICUD on a technological par with other important online collections of government and public policy materials. The web interface, with boxes for key word and subject searches, is clear and straightforward, and a click from the index entry produces the full document as a PDF file."
